Installation Procedure

Install plate (8), the bolt, the washer, and nut (9) to gear motor assembly (4).

Install blower group (6) to gear motor assembly (4). Tighten setscrews (7). Adjust blower group (6) until a 6 mm (0.23 inch) gap exists between blower group (6) and the inlet cone.

Install gear motor assembly (4) and bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 12 3 N m (9 28 lb ft).
Connect hose assemblies (5) to gear motor assembly (4).

Place hose assemblies (2) into position and install bolt (1), the washer, and the nut. End By:
Install the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".
