The automatic lubrication system can supply greases up to NLGI-class 2.The pump pushes the grease through the supply line to the main distributor valve. The main distributor valve divides the supply of grease from the pump to the secondary distributor valves. The secondary distributor valves then supply the proper amount of grease to each grease point downstream.The distributor valves supply the grease to each grease point in sequence. When there are any blockages of grease in the automatic lubrication system, the distributor valves are unable to supply grease to any of the grease points and the system pressure increases. The system pressure is limited to 280 bar (4060 psi) by the relief valve connected to the pumping element.
