2. Remove fuel lines (1), (2), (3) and (4) as a unit from the fuel injection pumps and valves.
Put protection caps (5F2807) and plugs (2F2990) on the fuel lines, pumps and fuel injection valves to keep dirt and foreign material out of the fuel system.
Install Fuel Injection Lines
1. Remove the plugs and protection caps from the fuel line connections.2. Make sure the fuel injection lines are clean and dry.3. Put the fuel injection lines in position and tighten the nuts to a torque of 30 5 lb.ft. (40 7 N m).4. Remove (bleed) the air from the fuel system.
