Make sure that there is good air circulation around the unit.
Make sure that the wall can support the weight of the unit.
Make sure that the floor can support the weight of the unit (including the optional floor mounting kit).
Make sure that a radius of 914.40 mm (36.00 inch) is maintained for opening the door before installing the Generator Set Start Module.
Make sure that there is 914.40 mm (36.00 inch) of clearance in front of the unit.
Make sure that there are 152.40 mm (6.00 inch) of clearance on the unit's right side.
Make sure that there are 228.60 mm (9.00 inch) of clearance on the unit's left side. This clearance is needed for the entry of the cable and for the circulation of the air.
Make sure that both installations have no less than 304.80 mm (12.00 inch) clearance on top and 406.40 mm (16.00 inch) on the bottom.
Make sure that the units are bolted securely to the wall or to the floor. Mounting the unit to the floor requires an optional kit in order to make sure that the installation of the unit is safe and secure.
