Information:
1. Put door assembly (1) in the "OPEN" position.2. Remove two bolts (3). Remove plate assembly (2). 3. Disconnect battery cables (4) and (5) from the battery. 4. Remove four nuts (6). Remove holddown assembly (7) from the battery. 5. Fasten a hoist to the battery. Remove battery (8) from the rear bumper assembly. The weight of the battery is 120 lb. (54 kg).Install Battery
1. Fasten a hoist to the battery. Put battery (1) in position in the rear bumper assembly. 2. Put holddown assembly (2) in position on the battery. Install the nuts that hold it. 3. Connect battery cables (3) and (4) to the battery. 4. Install plate assembly (6) on the guard assembly.5. Put door assembly (5) in the "CLOSED" position.
