After the engine has operated at low idle for 5 minutes, move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.

Unhook latch (7) at the rear of the engine compartment and open engine hood (8).

Move hood support bracket (9) in order support engine hood (8).

Remove five bolts (10) and washers, remove flashing (11).

Remove the cap from port "MB" (13). Connect one of Tool (A2) to the pressure tap in port "MB" in the vibratory pump.
Remove the cap from port "MA" (12). Connect the other Tool (A2) to the pressure tap in port "MA" in the vibratory pump. Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (6) into the "START" position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Use throttle switch (3) to operate the engine at high idle, 2200 rpm.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (14). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches a minimum of 38 °C (100 °F).

Move amplitude selector switch (15) to the LOW-AMPLITUDE position.
Move vibratory mode switch (16) to the MANUAL position.

Actuate vibratory switch (17) on top of the propel lever in order to start the vibratory system.
Watch the pressure at port "MB" (13). An initial pressure reading registers on Tool (A1) for a brief period and then the pressure reduces to operating pressure. Record the initial pressure reading as the main relief pressure. The main relief pressure should be 37500 2700 kPa (5439 392 psi).
Actuate vibratory switch (17) on top of the propel lever in order to stop the vibratory system
Move amplitude selector switch (15) to the HIGH-AMPLITUDE position. Note: When the vibratory system is in high amplitude, "Vibe Amplitude Mode High" will appear on the display.

Move throttle switch (3) to the LOW-IDLE position.
Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.
If the main relief pressure is outside the specified range, go to the "Adjustment Procedure". If the main relief pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 16.
Remove the tooling.
Position flashing (11) and secure with five bolts (10) and washers.
Move hood support bracket (9) to the stored position. Lower engine hood (8) and secure latch (9). Adjustment Procedure
