Start By:
Remove the elevator motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vane Motor (Elevator) - Remove". The information is in this manual.
Put alignment marks on the pump for installation purposes.

Remove plug (1) from cover (2) . Remove four bolts (3) and cover (2) from body (4) .

Loosen retaining nut (5) and remove swivel adapter (6) from cover (2) . Remove O-ring seal (7) from cover (2) .

Remove seal (8) and cartridge (9) from body (4) .

Remove two bolts (10) , plate assembly (11) , ring (12) and dowel pins (13) from plate assembly (14) .

Use Tool (A) to remove rotor assembly (15) from ring (12) .

Remove O-ring seal (16) from plate assembly (14) .

Remove ring (17) from body (4) .

Remove seal (18) and O-ring seal (19) from ring (17) .

Use Tool (B) to remove retaining ring (20) from shaft assembly (21) .

Use a soft faced hammer to remove shaft assembly (21) from body (4) .

Use a hydraulic press to remove roller bearing (22) from shaft assembly (21) .
