Removal Procedure
Place the machine on a flat, level surface.
Block the wheels on the opposite side of the machine in order to prevent unwanted movement of the machine.
Lift the side of the machine. Install large wood blocks under the frame of the machine. The weight of the machine is approximately 50040 kg (110,320 lb).Note: Wood blocks should be large enough to hold the wheels off of the ground.

Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Remove retainer straps (2) .

Position a lift truck under wheel (3) .Note: Allow enough room between the lift truck and the wheel so that the following step can be completed.

Note: Use four of bolts (1) or use four M24 bolts for forcing bolts (4) .
Install four forcing bolts (4) in the wheel. Use the forcing bolts to remove the wheel from the machine. The weight of the wheel is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).Note: Make sure that the dowel pins behind retainer straps (2) are not lost when the wheel is removed.
