Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support assembly (1). The weight of support assembly (1) is approximately 142 kg (313 lb).
Remove eight bolts (2), twelve bolts (3), and support assembly (1).

Disconnect v-band clamps (4).

Remove exhaust temperature sensor (5).
Attach a suitable lifting device onto exhaust manifolds (6). The weight of exhaust manifolds (6) is approximately 108 kg (238 lb).
Remove bolts (7) and remove exhaust manifolds (6).
Repeat Step 4 through Step 6 for the remaining exhaust manifolds.Installation Procedure
Install exhaust manifolds (6) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to threads and bearing surfaces of bolts (7).
Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 65 5 N m (48 4 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (C) to exhaust temperature sensor (5).
Tighten exhaust temperature sensor (5) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to v-band clamp (4).
Tighten v-band clamp (4) to a torque of 17 2 N m (150 18 lb in).
