PROBLEM
The 283-2932 Harness needs to be inspected on certain 324D L and 325D L Excavators. The existing harness may be attached to the wrong terminals, can cause fire and may result in personal injury or death.

ACTION REQUIRED
Turn the disconnect switch to the off position, refer to Image 1. Remove the 238-1506 Cover from the circuit breaker panel group. Inspect the four wires in the 283-2932 Harness attached to the circuit breaker terminal block. Insure that circuit numbers on the wires agree with the order shown in Image 2. Remove the colored tape from incorrectly wired terminals and route the wires to the appropriate terminals. Terminals should be tightened to a torque of 11 +/- 1 Nm. Replace the cover.
