TUBE ASSEM. 9M2731 - Caterpillar

1. Drain the coolant from the engine below the level of water temperature gauge line (1).2. Disconnect water temperature gauge line (1) from the cylinder head.3. Remove the bolts, and disconnect clips (2) and the line from the aftercooler housing. 4. Turn off fuel supply.5. Disconnect fuel pressure line (4).6. Disconnect oil pressure line (5). Remove the bolt, and disconnect clips (3) and the line from the engine. 7. Remove bolts (6) and spacers (7), and remove instrument panel (8) from the aftercooler housing.Install Instrument Panel
1. Put instrument panel (1) in position on the aftercooler housing, and install the spacers and bolts. 2. Connect fuel pressure line (3).3. Connect oil pressure line (4), and put clip (2) in position, and install the bolts. 4. Connect water temperature line (6) to the cylinder head.5. Put the line and clips (5) in position on the aftercooler housing, and install the bolts.6. Turn on fuel supply.7. Fill the cooling system to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.
