Remove the exhaust elbow.
Remove the turbocharger.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Loosen clamp (1) and position the tube assembly out of the way.
Disconnect hose assembly (2) and elbows (6) and (8).
Loosen clamps (5) and remove bellows (4). Discard bellows (4).
Remove bolts (7) and the studs. Remove exhaust gas cooler (2). Installation Procedure
Install exhaust gas cooler (2) in reverse order of removal.
Apply a light amount of Tooling (A) to the bores of elbows (6) and (8).
Install new bellows (4). The total misalignment between the exhaust gas cooler and the exhaust manifold is 1.50 mm (0.06 inch) lateral and 1.50 mm (0.06 inch) axial.
Assemble bellows (4) with the arrow, marked on the bellow, pointing toward the exhaust gas cooler.
Tighten clamps (5) to a torque of 7.5 1 N m (66 9 lb in).
Tighten clamp (1) to a torque of 8.5 2 N m (75 18 lb in).
