Remove bolts (4). Remove exhaust stacks (1). Remove bolts (2) and remove sheet (6). Remove bolts (5) . Use two people to remove grill assembly (3). The weight of grill assembly (3) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting tool onto hood panel (8). The weight of hood panel (8) is approximately 29 kg (64 lb). Remove bolts (7) and remove hood panel (8).

Remove bolts (10) and open grill assembly (9).

Disconnect tube assemblies (12). Remove bolts (13). The weight of cooler (14) is approximately 15 kg (33 lb). Remove cooler (14).

Disconnect and reposition hose assembly (16). Remove bolts (15). Remove shield (17). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.

Use two people to remove shield (18). The weight of shield (18) is approximately 29 kg (64 lb). Remove bolts (19). Remove shield (18). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.

Disconnect hose assembly (20). Disconnect harness assemblies (21). Disconnect hose assemblies (23). Attach a suitable lifting device to tank (22). The weight of tank (22) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb). Remove bolts (25). Remove bolts (24). Remove tank assembly (22).

Disconnect hose assemblies (31) and (33). Disconnect hose assembly (29). Remove bolts (30) and reposition hose assemblies (31). Remove bracket (32). Remove bolts (26) which secure harness assembly (27). Remove bolts (28).

Disconnect and reposition hose assemblies (29) and (31). Remove bolts (35). Disconnect lamp (34). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (36) on both the sides.

Remove bolts (37). Use two people to remove cover assembly (38). The weight of cover assembly (38) is approximately 20 kg (44 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to remove hood panel (39). The weight of hood panel (39) is approximately 420 kg (926 lb). Repeat the procedure for the opposite side.Installation Procedure
Install hood panel (39) in the reverse order of removal.
