Attach Tooling (B), (C), and a suitable lifting device to pump drive housing (14). The weight of pump drive housing (14) is approximately 161 kg (355 lb).
Remove bolts (13). Remove pump drive housing (14).

Remove retainer (15). Remove gear (16).

Attach Tooling (D) and a suitable lifting device to shaft (17) for support.

Remove plate (18). Remove the lock bolts and lock nut (19). Remove suitable lifting device and remove shaft (17).

Use suitable press to remove bearing (20).

Remove bolts (21) from plate (22). Plate (22) will remain in the assembly for the time being.

Attach Tooling (E), (F), and a suitable lifting device to rotor assembly (23). The weight of rotor assembly (23) is approximately 137 kg (302 lb).
Carefully remove rotor assembly (23).

Remove o-ring seal (24).

Install bolts (1) and use as forcing bolts to separate stator assembly (25) from the housing.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to stator assembly (25). The weight of stator assembly is approximately 286 kg (631 lb).
Remove stator assembly (25).
