Remove plugs (23), (24), (25), and (26) and the O-rings from each of the manifolds.
Remove O-rings (27) from each of the manifolds.

Remove pilot operated relief valve (22) from each of the manifolds.
Remove backup ring (30) .
Remove O-rings (28) and (29) .

Remove covers (31) and (32) from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.Note: Put identification marks on spools for installation purposes.

Remove springs (34) and (37) and spools (33) and (36) from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.
Remove O-ring seals (31) and (38) from the covers.

Put identification marks on covers (39) and (40). Remove ends (41) and (42) .

Remove covers (45) and (47) from the load winch and boom winch control valve.
Remove hoist stem (43) and boom stem (44) .
Remove O-rings (46) and (48) from the covers.

Remove the spring centering mechanism from each of the valve stems. Disassemble the spring centering mechanism, as shown: bolt (49), retainer (50), spring (51), retainer (52) and washer (53) .

Remove plugs (56) and (57) and the O-rings from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.
Remove dowels (54) and (55) from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove resolver valves (59) and (60) from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.
Remove elbow (58) and the O-ring from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.

Remove O-ring seals (61) and (62) from each of the resolver valves.

Disassemble check valves, as shown: covers (63), O-rings (64), springs (65), boom check valve (66) and hoist check valve (67) .

Remove covers (68) and (70) from the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.
Remove O-ring seals (69) and (71) from the covers.

Remove lip seal (72) from each of the covers.

Remove plug (73) and the O-ring.
Thoroughly clean all passages in the load winch and boom winch direction control valve.
Inspect all of the parts. Replace the parts, as needed.
