The implement pump sends oil to implement control valve (2). When the operator moves a control lever, an electric current is sent to the appropriate electrohydraulic valve (3). The electrohydraulic valve directs pilot oil that shifts the valve in order to send pump oil to the appropriate implement. The pump oil moves counterweight cylinder (1) or the winches (4) or (5) .At the same time, signal oil is sent from implement control valve (2) to implement pump (6) in order to regulate pump output. The signal oil regulates the swashplate angle in the pumps. As the swashplate angle increases, a greater amount of oil flows to the implements.Operation of the Winches

Move the thumb wheel to the right in order to extend the counterweight. Move the thumb wheel to the left in order to retract the counterweight.When the joystick is moved forward the hook will lower. When the joystick is moved rearward the hook will raise. The hook winch also has a dual speed function. When two-speed button (10) is pressed the rate of movement of the hook will be indicated on the bottom right corner of the monitor panel. When three bars are displayed on the panel, the speed of the hook is set to high speed. When one bar is displayed on the panel, the speed of the hook is set to low speed. The button for the quick-drop (9) is used in a combination with the forward movement of the joystick in order to activate the free fall clutch.The boom is controlled by movement of the joystick to the right or movement of the joystick to the left. Moving the joystick to the right raises the boom. Moving the joystick to the left lowers the boom. The operation of one winch does not affect operation of the other winch.
