Refer to the following article.Description of Change: A new injector rocker arm assembly, a new valve rocker arm assembly, and a new rocker shaft assembly are used for all 3500B Engines. The new rocker arms have a new sleeve bearing with oil distribution grooves that will better distribute the engine oil across the load bearing area of the bearing. The improved distribution of the engine oil provides a better film of oil that will decrease the wear of the bearing.Adaptable To: The new 230-2622 Rocker Arm Assembly (Injector) is a direct replacement for the 196-4793 Rocker Arm Assembly (Injector). The new 230-2621 Rocker Arm Assembly (Valve) is a direct replacement for the 154-6388 Rocker Arm Assembly (Valve). The new 230-2633 Rocker Shaft Assembly is a direct replacement for the 196-4791 Rocker Shaft Assembly. The 230-2622 Rocker Arm Assembly (Injector), the 230-2621 Rocker Arm Assembly (Valve), the 230-2633 Rocker Shaft Assembly, and the 230-2620 Sleeve Bearing are now serviced parts.
