1. Remove track roller frame guards (1). 2. Remove yoke assembly (2). 3. Remove four bolts and lockwashers (3). Remove head assembly (4). 4. Remove seal (5) from the head. 5. Remove ring (6) and the seal from the cylinder assembly.Install Hydraulic Track Adjuster Seals
1. Check all parts for damage. If damaged, use new parts for replacement.2. Install the seal (1) with the lip toward the inside of the spring. 3. Install ring (1). 4. Install seal (2) in the head with tooling (A). The lip of the seal must be toward the front idler. Put lubricant to be sealed on lips of seals after installation. 5. Put head (3) in position and install the four lockwashers and bolts that hold it in position. 6. Install yoke assembly (4).7. Install the track roller frame guards.End By:a. install front idlers
