Information:

1. Remove main relief valve (1) from inlet valve section (2). 2. Remove retainer (6), nut (5), spring (4), valve (3), seat (9) and housing (8) from valve group (7).3. Remove the O-ring seal from housing (8). 4. Remove pin (15) from location (Y), valve (12) and spring (11) from valve body (14).5. Remove O-ring seals (10) and (13) from valve body (14). 6. Remove valve group (16) from inlet valve section (2).7. If necessary, remove plug (17) and the O-ring seal. 8. Remove plug (23), O-ring seal (27), and spring (22) from the valve group. Remove the shims and spacer from plug (23) that are behind spring (22).9. Remove plunger (21). Remove ring (25) and seal (26) from the plunger.10. Remove O-ring seal (18), O-ring seal (19), and back-up ring (20) from valve body (24). 11. Remove check valve group (29) from inlet valve section (2).12. Remove the two O-ring seals and one back-up ring from check valve group (29).13. Remove valve group (28) from inlet valve section (2).14. Remove slug (31), O-ring seal (30), O-ring seal (32), and back-up ring (33) from the housing of valve group (28). 15. Remove the four bolts, the retainer, and the housing from inlet valve (2).16. Remove spring (34), valve group cap (35), and the valve group from the inlet valve section.17. If necessary, remove six plugs (36) and the O-ring seals from the inlet valve section. 18. Remove plug (39), stem (37) and spring (41) from spool (40).19. Remove O-ring seal (38) from plug (39).20. Remove valve group cap (35) from spool (40).Assemble Implement Control Valve (Inlet Flow Control And Main Relief)
1. Inspect all O-ring seals and parts for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Make sure all of the parts are free of dirt and foreign material. Put clean hydraulic oil on all parts of the valve when they are assembled. 2. Install valve group cap (35) onto spool (40), if it was removed. Tighten the cap to a torque of 120 5 N m (90 4 lb ft).3. Install O-ring seal (38) onto plug (39).4. Put spring (41) and stem (37) in position in spool (40) of the valve group. Install plug (39), and tighten it to a torque of 120 5 N m (90 4 lb ft). 5. Put the valve group and cap (35) and spring (34) in position in the inlet valve section.6. Put housing (44) in position in retainer (43). Install O-ring seal (42) in housing (44).7. Put retainer (43) in position on the inlet valve section and install the four bolts that hold it in place. 8. Install plug (45) and O-ring into housing (28) of the valve group, if they were removed. Tighten plug (45) to a torque of 125 5 N m (90 4 lb ft).9. Install O-ring seal (30), O-ring seal (32), and back-up ring (33) onto housing (28).10. Put slug (31) in position in housing (28). Install housing (28) into the
