Information:

74. Use tool (N) and remove puller (77) and ring from the fuel injection pump camshaft.
Always install new dampers (87).
75. Install ring (76), dampers (87) and puller (77) on the flyweights. 76. Install flyweights (84) on the fuel injection pump camshaft.77. Install shim (85) and nut (86). 78. Use tooling (0) to hold the fuel injection pump camshaft. Use tool (M) and tighten nut (86) to a torque of 49 to 59 N m (36.2 to 43.4 lb. ft.). 79. Install bushing (88) on the flyweights. Bend the locks up. 80. Turn the fuel injection pump camshaft so the holes for bolt (74) are in a vertical position as shown. Install shaft (89) in the flyweights and slide bolt (74) through the shaft. 81. Use tool (P) to check for the correct length of shaft (89). Tool (P) must be against the face of the governor housing and slid into the groove in the end of the shaft without the gasket. If tool (P) will not slide into the groove in the end of the shaft make an adjustment to the shaft. 82. Turn the fuel injection pump camshaft approximately 180°. Install nut (92), lock (91) and nut (90) on the bolt. Tighten the nuts until the bolt has 0.5 to 1.0 mm (.020 to .039 in.) axial play with the levers of the flyweights pushed apart. 83. Put fork (94) and fulcrum lever (93) in position as shown. 84. Connect fulcrum lever (93) to link (62). 85. Use tooling (H) and install bearings (95) and seals (96) in the governor housing. Install the seals with the lip of the seals toward the bearings. 86. Put shaft (98) and washers (97) in position in the governor housing. Put plate (100) guide block (99) and shims (101) in position and slide shaft (98) into place to hold the washers, guide block and shims. Install as many shims (101) as possible between the guide block and the governor housing. The shims are all the same thickness. 87. Put springs (103) and lever (102) in position in the governor housing. Slide shaft (98) into position to hold the lever in place. 88. Make an alignment of the holes in shaft (98) with the holes in guide block (99). Install pins (104). 89. Install original shims under plate (100). Install bolt (106). Put governor cover gasket (105) in position. Put tool (Q) in position. The groove (slot) (107) on tool (Q) must slide on to shaft (108) of the guide block. Add or remove shims as necessary under plate (100). 90. Install key (110) and lever (109) on the shaft. 91. Turn barrel (111) of the guide assembly so the hollow end is up. Use grease to hold the barrel up.92. Put the gasket in place for the governor cover. As governor cover (94) is put in position, it is necessary to slide barrel (111) into fulcrum lever (93). 93. Install the six screws that hold the governor cover to the governor
