2. Fasten a hoist to the guard (1).3. Remove bolts (2) from guard.4. Remove guard (1). Weight of guard is 93 lb. (42 kg). 5. Remove brackets (4).6. Disconnect hose (3) at top of oil cooler. 7. Remove coupling (5) from oil cooler. 8. Remove elbow (6) from radiator core. 9. Remove bolts (10) from cover.10. Remove cover (8).11. Remove bolts (9) from elbow.12. Remove four bolts (7) from radiator core. 13. Remove bolts (11) from shield assembly.14. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolts in radiator core.15. Fasten a hoist to the radiator core. 16. Remove radiator core (12). Weight of radiator core is (135 kg) 300 lb. 17. Remove bolt (13) from clamp. 18. Remove bolts (14) from bracket.19. Remove oil cooler (15). Weight of the oil cooler is 61 lb. (28 kg).Install Radiator Core And Torque Converter Oil Cooler (Power Shift)
1. Put the oil cooler (1) in position on the radiator.2. Install the bolts that hold the oil cooler in position at the top of the radiator core.3. Install the bolt in the lower clamp.4. Fasten a hoist to the radiator core. Weight of the core is (135 kg) 300 lb. 5. Install radiator core (2) in radiator guard. 6. Install bolts (5) in shield assembly.7. Install bolts (3) in radiator core.8. Install bolts (4) in elbow.9. Install cover (6).10. Install bolts (7).
VIEW FROM UNDER MACHINE11. Install the elbow (8) under radiator core. 12. Install coupling (10) on oil cooler.13. Connect hose (9) at top of oil cooler.14.
