Installing the Backhoe on the Machine

Do not stand between machine and the backhoe when attaching the backhoe.
Check quick connect couplings for full engagement before starting engine.Backhoe hydraulic hoses on rear of tractor must be coupled together whenever backhoe is disconnected. Uncoupled hoses will result in hydraulic pump failure.Do not couple or uncouple backhoe hydraulic hose quick connects with tractor engine running. Control valve failure will result.
3. Remove the hose from the coupling on the machine.4. Remove the hose from the coupling on the backhoe. 5. Install the hose removed from the coupling on the machine (1) to the coupling on the backhoe.6. Install the hose removed from the coupling on the backhoe (2) to the coupling on the machine. 7. Start the engine. Move the machine nearer to the backhoe.8. Align the lower mounting pins with the lower hooks of the mounting brackets. 9. Engage the stabilizer controls to raise the backhoe (apply down pressure.10. Lower the backhoe, using the controls, into the hooks on the mounting brackets. 11. Engage the boom control to align the upper mounting pin holes. 12. Install the mounting pins, one on each side. 13. Install the lock pins, one on each side.Removing the Backhoe
