Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact the skin. Be sure that the engine and components are cool enough to touch with your bare hand prior to performing any service work.
Place identification marks on all lines, hoses, wires and tubes for installation purposes. Cap and plug all lines, hoses and tubes to prevent fluid loss and contaminants from entering the system. 1. Cut strap (1) and disconnect wire connector (2).2. Disconnect hose assembly (3) and tube assembly (4). 3. Remove two bolts (5) nuts and washers. 4. Remove valve (6) from the machine.
