Check that the lines attached to all the remote grease fittings are undamaged. If the grease lines are split, grease will not reach the components that require lubricating. Machine damage will result.
Do not overfill the automatic lubrication reservoir. Damage to the automatic lubrication system could result.
Note: If the reservoir is not properly vented, pressure will cause the wiper seal on the follower assembly inside the reservoir to fail when the reservoir is filled. Grease on the top side of the follower assembly may prevent the autolube system from functioning properly. Also, grease on the top side of the follower assembly may damage the autolube system.The automatic lubrication reservoir provides lubrication for many components. There are lubrication distribution valves at the following locations: rear of machine, left side of machine and right side of machine.If the lubrication pump becomes damaged, grease can be applied directly to the fittings on the lubrication distribution valves. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Central Lubrication System - Lubricate" for more information.For more information on the autolube system, refer to Specifications, Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, KENR9968, "773G and 775G Off-Highway Truck Automatic Lubrication System".Type 1
Park the machine on a level surface and stop the engine. Make sure that the transmission control is in the PARK position.

Open cover (1). Fill the autolube reservoir through remote fill port (2).
Monitor the grease level in reservoir (3).Type 2
Park the machine on a level surface and stop the engine. Make sure that the transmission control is in the PARK position.

Fill the autolube reservoir through remote fill port (5).
When indicator lamp (4) illuminates, the autolube reservoir is at the full level. When this indicator illuminates, stop the flow of lubricant to the remote fill port for the autolube reservoir.Type 3
Park the machine on a level surface and stop the engine. Make sure that the transmission control is in the PARK position.
