Installation Procedure
Note: Verify that all of the components of the hydraulic oil filter are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.Note: Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Attach a suitable lifting sling around hydraulic oil filter (15). Secure the suitable lifting sling to a hoist.

Position hydraulic oil filter (15) to the bracket assembly. The weight of hydraulic oil filter (15) is 35 kg (77 lb).
Install four bolts (19) and the hard washers that secure hydraulic oil filter (15) to the bracket assembly. Connect wire harness (18) at the electrical connection.

Connect hose assembly (16) and tube assembly (17) to hydraulic oil filter (15) .

Position panel assembly (14) to the engine end frame. Install three plugs (13), the nuts, and the washers that secure panel assembly (14) to the engine end frame.

Position sheet assembly (12) to the frame assembly. Install 14 bolts (11) and the washers that secure sheet assembly (12) to the frame assembly.

Open two clamps (3) that secure cover (4) to air cleaner housing (5). Remove cover (4) from air cleaner housing (5) .
Remove the primary air filter and the secondary air filter from air cleaner housing (5) in order to provide clearance for grate (6) .
Open two clamps (7) that secure cover (8) to air cleaner housing (9). Remove cover (8) from air cleaner housing (9) .
Remove the primary air filter and the secondary air filter from air cleaner housing (9) in order to provide clearance for grate (6) .
Position grate (6) to the engine hood. Install four bolts (10) and the washers that secure grate (6) to the engine hood.
Install the primary air filters and the secondary air filters to two air cleaner housings (5) and (9). Position two covers (4) and (8) to two air cleaner housings (5) and (9). Close two clamps (3). Close two clamps (7) .

Close two door assemblies (2) on the engine hood.

Install two drain plugs (1) in order to fill the two hydraulic tanks for the steering and brake system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Steering and Brake System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure to fill the two hydraulic tanks.
The capacity of the steering and brake hydraulic system is 267 L (70.5 US gal).End By:
Charge the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System - Pressure Release/Charge".
Separate the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chocks (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
