Pull spool (8) outward until stopping. Measure the distance from the end of spool (8) to pin (5). Subtract 2 0.25 mm (0.079 0.010 inch) from the measured distance in order to get dimension (1). Then move spool (8) to dimension (1) and hold.
Move lever (6) until closing switch (7). This will allow current to flow.
Spool (8) is at dimension (1) and switch (7) is closed. Adjust link (2) until contact is made with roller (4) .
Allow spool (8) to return to the original position against pin (5) .
Adjust link (10) until roller (4) moves to (3) with a dimension of 0.08 0.08 mm (0.003 0.003 inch) from link (2). In these positions, check to make sure lever (6) is not in contact with switch (7), spool (8) and piston (9) .
