The machine must not be operated if the batteries are not properly installed. Damage to the batteries and machine could result.
--------------- END SUPPLEMENT ---------------Reports have been received that interference is possible between the neutral start switch bracket and the battery hold-down clamp, as the cab is being tilted. This interference can result in battery case damage. This condition is present on tractors with direct drive transmissions only.
To correct this interference remove the battery hold-down bolts and clamp. If interference still exists, remove the batteries also.
