start by:a) remove battery and frame assembly1. Turn the valve (2) on bottom of fuel tank to the "OFF" position.2. Remove the clamp that holds the hydraulic lines to the bottom of tank.3. Disconnect fuel line (1).4. Disconnect governor control cable and shifting control linkage.5. Remove plate between front of the fuel tank and hydraulic tank. Remove clip for battery cables. 6. Fasten a hoist to the tank. Remove the bolts (3) that hold tank to machine.7. Remove the fuel tank. Empty weight is 200 lb. (90 kg).Install Fuel Tank
1. Fasten a hoist to the tank. Lift the tank into position on the machine.2. Install the bolts that hold the tank to machine.3. Install the plate between the fuel tank and hydraulic tank.4. Install the clamp that holds the hydraulic lines to the bottom of tank.5. Connect the fuel line to bottom of tank and turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position.
