Secure the 541-9332 Receiver Sleeve (1) to the truck body using appropriate hardware as shown.

Open Stop Plates (2) on receiver end attached to the truck body to free the pin for movement.

Push pin into joint by hand until completely out of receiver.

Remove bolts from flange and lower the receiver sleeve safely to the ground.

During body pin removal, 541-9332 Receiver Sleeve (1) is attached to appropriate side of truck body to receive the pin being removed.Note: Receiver Sleeve works for both left and right oriented flag pins by utilizing flange end with correct bolt patterns as shown. Tool will also accommodate floating pins by utilizing opposite end with round opening.

Secure the 541-9332 Receiver Sleeve (1) to the truck body using appropriate hardware as shown.

Move and secure Stop Plates (2) to the open position on end of receiver that will be attached to the truck body. The plates on opposite end of receiver should be secured in the closed position. This prepares the tool for receiving the pin.

Push pin from opposite side of joint until completely out and supported by the receiver.

Close Stop Plates (2) on receiver end attached to truck body to capture pin and prepare for transport.
Stop plates should now be in the closed position on each end of receiver sleeve and suitable restraining strap should be added to hold the pin inside the sleeve. This should be done whenever the receiver is used as a lifting device to carry or transport the pin.

Using a suitable overhead lifting device, connect appropriately sized lifting hooks/shackles to both lifting Eyes (3).
Remove bolts from flange and lower the receiver sleeve with pin safely to the ground.

Inspection
Inspect all components prior to each use for nicks, burrs, dents, cracks, bends, or worn parts. If damage is found, discontinue use until inspected and released for use by an approved inspector at the dealership.
Inspect all welds and check for damaged, cracked, or bent components.
Inspect all hardware for damaged threads and cracked or bent components.
Do not use unless all load identification markings are legible
Do not use if shackle holes and/or bolt holes are elongated.
Have tools inspected annually by an approved dealership inspector. Maintain a written record of all inspections.Cleaning
Clean the tooling after each use, using a non-solvent based cleaner.Storage
Store the tooling in a clean, dry location to prevent rust or corrosion. Tooling can be damaged by moisture or high humidity.
The tool should be stored in the most stable position.Tool Disposal
After the end of the operational life of the tool, destroy the tool and dispose of as scrap.
