Information:

Remove Fuel Injection Valves (Precombustion Chamber)
START BY:a. remove valve covers
Put protection caps on all fuel line openings.
1. Disconnect the glow plug wire from the glow plug and clip (2) from fuel line (1). Remove line (1) with tool (A). 2. Remove nut (5) that holds valve (3) in precombustion chamber (4).3. Remove valve (3) with tool (B).Install Fuel Injection Valves (Precombustion Chamber)
1. Install nozzle (1) on valve body (2) finger tight. 2. Install injection valve (4) and nut (3) in precombustion chamber (5). Make sure the grooves (serrations) on valve (4) are in alignment with the grooves (serrations) in chamber (5).3. Tighten nut (3) to a torque of 75 7 N m (55 5 lb.ft.).4. Install the fuel injection line to fuel valve (4). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 40 7 N m (30 5 lb.ft.) with tool (A).5. Connect the glow plug wire to the glow plug, and clip it to the fuel line. Make sure the wire is clear of the valve springs.END BY:a. install valve covers
