TURBOCHARGER GP 1136195 - Caterpillar

1. Remove the cotter pin and pin (2) from the plate. Remove pedal (1) and the spring from the plate. 2. Remove three screws (4) and two bolts (3). Remove plate (5). 3. Pull throttle valve (6) up and put identification on the air lines.4. Disconnect the air lines from unions (7).5. Remove the throttle valve.Install Throttle Valve
1. Install pedal (1), spring (3) and pin (2) on the plate. Install the cotter pin that holds pin (2) in place. 2. Connect the two air lines to unions (4) and in their original position. 3. Put plate (5) in position on the throttle valve and install the three screws that hold it in place. 4. Put the plate in position on the floor plate and install bolts (6).Disassemble Throttle Valve
start by:a) remove throttle valve 1. Remove screws (2) and plate (1) from the valve. 2. Remove screw (3) and the nut from plunger (6).3. Remove boot (5) and ring (4) from the plunger. Remove the plunger from the plate.Assemble Throttle Valve
1. Put plunger (3) through plate (5) as shown and install ring (2) on the plunger.2. Install boot (4) on the plunger.3. Install screw and nut (1) in the plunger. 4. Put the plate in position on the valve and install screws (6).end by:a) install throttle valve
