Install O-ring seals (26) and (27) to transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly. Attach Tooling (E) and a suitable lifting device to transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly. Remove transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly from Tooling (F). Position transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly. The weight of transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly is approximately 830 kg (1830 lb).

Attach Tooling (C) to transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly. Attach a suitable lifting device to the end of Tooling (C) .
Position Tooling (C) onto suitable blocking in order to support transmission (24) and the bevel gear assembly.
Install bolts (23) .
Remove Tooling (C) and the suitable blocking.

Position cover (21) and the gasket. Install bolts (20) .
Position bracket (18). Move pin (17) outward until dowel (19) protrudes through the hole in bracket (18). Install bolt (22). Repeat for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to guard assembly (16) and position guard assembly (16). The weight of guard assembly (16) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb). Install bolts (15) .

Install tube assemblies (7). Connect harness assembly (14) .

Position hose (12) and install clip (11). Install bolts (13), guard (9), and bracket assembly (10) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to manifold assembly (8) and position manifold assembly (8). The weight of manifold assembly (8) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb). Install bolts (5). Connect harness assembly (6) and tube assemblies (7) .

Connect hose assemblies (4) .

Position plate (3) and the O-ring seal. Install yoke (1). Install bolts (2) .

Remove Tooling (A) and install the hydraulic tank cap.
Fill the transmission with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transmission System Oil and Screens - Change/Clean".End By:
Install the control valve for the ripper pin puller. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper Pin Puller Control Valve - Remove and Install".
Install the ripper carriage. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Ripper Carriage - Remove and Install".
Install the main drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
