Park the machine on a level surface.Attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag or a similar warning tag to the start switch or to the controls before you service the equipment . These warning tags (Special Instruction, SEHS7332) are available from your Caterpillar dealer.Required Parts

Installation Procedure

(GK-C1) Connect to Harness (12 pole) position C: "K858 YL", "K862 GY", "J807 BK"
(1) 7K-1181 Cable Strap
(2) 325-8700 Plug As
(3) 503-4032 Chassis Harness As
Connect (GK-C1) of harness (3) to the cab at position "C".
Install plug (2) at position "E".

(GK-C2) Connect to STEM 3 Retract Solenoid: "K858 YL", "J807 BK"
(GK-C3) Connect to STEM 3 Extend Solenoid: "K862 YL", "J807 BK"
(1) 7K-1181 Cable Strap
(3) 503-4032 Chassis Harness As
Connect (GK-C2) to the Retract Solenoid.
Connect (GK-C3) to the Extend Solenoid.
Secure harness (3) with cable straps (1) as needed.
