The power window on the left-hand door may fail on the machines listed above.Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but a permanent solution has not been identified.
Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings could result in injury or death. Proper care is your responsibility.
As an interim action, follow the procedure below if the power window does not raise or lower when the rocker switch is actuated:

Check the power window circuit fuse.
Replace both 231-3930 Relay As with new 3E-5239 Relay As (2) and then check to see if power window functions properly.
If power window still is not working, check function of Rocker Switch (A) and replace if necessary.
If power window still does not function, remove the door trim panel and disconnect 319-6257 Window Regulator Assembly from the window and ensure that the window is not binding by sliding the window up and down in the channel. Reconnect the regulator and check the window operation.
Check for power at window motor when actuating the switch.
If this procedure still does not result in a functioning power window, replace 319-6257 Window Regulator Assembly with new Window Regulator Assembly (1).Note: The motor is equipped with thermal overload protection. Allow time for the motor to reset when troubleshooting.If the power window is still not operational after completing the steps above, please submit a Dealer Solution Network (DSN) ticket, quoting CPI issue number 390721.
