The new group includes an additional bracket on both the left and right manifold that will support the outlet bellow. This support will reduce vibration of the manifold outlet bellows. The reduced vibration will help prevent bellows failures.
Location of components in the new 6I4328 Exhaust Manifold Group. 6I4086 Bracket (1). 9X8285 Bolt (2). 4P2007 Spacer (3).Adaptable To: The new 6I4328 Exhaust Manifold Group is a direct replacement for the former 9Y4599 Manifold Group. The new exhaust manifold group is in effect with 3516 Marine Engine 4MJ38. The components identified in the illustration and chart can be added to the former 9Y4599 Exhaust Manifold Group on earlier engines to prevent bellows vibration.
