"MAGNET ON" (1) - This indicator is ON whenever the magnet is energized during the lift mode."VOLTS FAULT" (2) - This indicator illuminates when the generator is over the proper voltage during the lift mode. This indicator illuminates when the generator is under the proper voltage during the lift mode. This condition requires immediate attention in order to prevent damage to the generator or the magnet."OVER 75% D.C." (3) - This indicator is illuminated when the magnet has been energized more than 7.5 minutes of a 10 minute period. Note: This function helps the operator to prevent overheating the magnet. Overheating the magnet will shorten the life of the magnet."GEN HOT" (4) - A temperature switch is mounted inside the generator and this switch will open when excessive heat is detected. An open contact will cause this indicator to illuminate. Excessive temperature can be caused by an overload or by poor ventilation."+ GND FAULT" (5) - This indicator provides early detection of insulation breakdown. This permits repair before serious damage to equipment occurs."- GND FAULT" (6) - This indicator provides early detection of insulation breakdown. This permits repair before serious damage to equipment occurs."DROP TIME SELECT SWITCH" (7) - The Drop Time Select Switch is a rotary switch with eight positions. This switch has three outputs that are connected to the ECM. The Drop Time Select Switch is used to select the proper level of current for dropping. The changing current is for magnets of different sizes. The changing current is used for different materials. Each of the eight positions corresponds to a different level of current. To adjust the switch, see Testing and Adjusting, "Controller - Set".Note: For the 15 kW Generator System, the standard monitor can display a picture for the Generator in 3 different colors when the Generator Enable switch is turned ON:"GREEN" Generator ON, "RED" Generator can not start regarding "Low Hydraulic Oil Temperature". and "YELLOW" The Hydraulic Oil Temperature reached the normal temperature and the operator must toggle the Generator Enable switch to start the Generator.
