Raise the boom until the boom cylinder is fully extended. Fully extend the stick cylinder and the bucket cylinder.

Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to the machine. The weight of the machine is approximately 1695 kg (3737 lb).

Position the machine on Tooling (C) and suitable blocking so that the bottom of the track is approximately 254 mm (10.0 inch) from the ground.
Position the bucket on suitable blocking.
Release the hydraulic system pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

Release the track tension at fitting (1). Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Track Adjustment - Adjust".

Remove bolts (2) and track roller (3). Repeat for the remaining track rollers.Installation Procedure

Apply Tooling (C) to bolts (2). Position track roller (3). Install bolts (2). Repeat for the remaining track rollers.

Adjust the track tension at fitting (1). Refer to Operation and Maintenance, "Track Adjustment - Adjust".
