Remove the fan and the piston motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Piston Motor (Hydraulic Fan) - Remove".

Remove six bolts (1) and remove cover assembly (2).

Remove O-ring seal (3) from cover assembly (2).

Remove two pins (4) and remove brass plate (5).

Remove plug (6). Remove O-ring seal (7) from plug (6).
Remove plug (11). Remove O-ring seal (10) from plug (11). Remove plunger (8) and spring (9).

Use Tooling (A) in order to remove bearing (12) from cover assembly (2).

Remove rotator assembly (13) from the housing assembly.

Remove swashplate (14) from the housing assembly.

Remove retaining ring (15).

Place the housing assembly in a press, as shown. Press shaft (16) out of the housing assembly.

Separate seals (17) from rings (18).

Remove two retaining rings (20) from shaft (16). Remove two rings (21) and bearing (19) from shaft (16).

Use a press in order to remove bearing (22).
