The former thrust ring (9W-9625) has been canceled and replaced by the new thrust ring (256-6084).

New thrust ring are interchangeable and can be used on current D11R and former D11N machines in the field.

Link assemblies with the new thrust ring were being shipped from the factory on new machines and were available in the parts department end of the 4th quarter 2004.

The new thrust ring is available in the parts department since 1st quarter 2005.
Serviceability
The new thrust ring is interchangeable with the former thrust ring, and can be identified by comparing the outer diameters. The outer diameter of the thrust ring has a gold shade color. A service magazine article was released December 27, 2004 (Media No. SEPD0765, page 17).
