Remove the apron. Refer to the appropriate Assembly and Disassembly Procedure for your machine.
Remove the bolts and washers from the trunnion. Replace the former bolts with new bolts (2) and new washers (1) .Note: For the 620's, torque bolts (2) to 125 15 N m (92 1 lb ft).Note: For the 630's, torque bolts (2) to 270 25 N m (199 18 lb ft).
Replace the apron. Refer to the appropriate Assembly and Disassembly Procedure for your machine.Note: The trunnion cap bolts must be properly torqued. Refer to the Specifications Manual for your machine for the proper torque value.
