The new system uses a relay which de-energizes all of the lever detents when the key start switch is in the START position. When the key is in the START position, the relay coil is energized by the 307-OR circuit. This causes the normally closed contact in the relay to open. As a result, the 146-GY circuit opens and the detents are de-energized. When the key start switch is then turned from the START position to the ON position, the following sequence of events occur:
The relay coil is de-energized.
The normally closed relay contact is closed.
+24 volts is delivered to the detents via the 146-GY circuit.The new system also uses a different lift kickout switch. Previously, the 145-8670 Lift Kickout Control was used. Before the lift lever was enabled, the 145-8670 Lift Kickout Control required a first pass operation of the implements past the lift kickout switch. The new system uses a 3E-7844 Lift Kickout Control. The 3E-7844 Lift Kickout Control does not require a first pass reset.
