Remove the ripper control valve.
Remove the cab.
Drain the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove tie straps (2) and disconnect harness assembly (1) .

Remove clip (3) and clip assemblies (8) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic control valve (9). The weight of hydraulic control valve (9) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb). Remove bolts (10) and hydraulic control valve (9) .Installation Procedure
Install hydraulic control valve (9) in the reverse order of removal procedure.
