Installation Procedure

Install a suitable lifting device to rear axle (6). The weight of the rear axle is approximately 1590 kg (3500 lb).
Use the suitable lifting device to carefully position rear axle (6) in the machine.

Install bolts (7) and (8).

Install yoke assembly (5) and bolt (4).
Connect hose assembly (3).

Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2).
Install the engine access panel on the right side of the machine and close the engine guard on the right side of the machine.
Fill the axle housing with oil. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure. End By:
Install the rear drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Rear) - Remove and Install".
Install the rear tires. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Rear) - Remove and Install".
