Remove the bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Guard (Engine Oil Pan) - Remove and Install".
Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
Remove the cowling. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cowling (Radiator) - Remove and Install".
Remove the air conditioning condenser. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install".
Remove the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install".
Drain the cooling system coolant below the level of radiator cores. Drain the cooling system coolant into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".

Remove bolts (2) and bolts (3). Remove guard assemblies (1) and guard assembly (4).

Remove clamps (5) and reposition cable assembly (6). Disconnect clamp (8) and hose (7). Disconnect hose assembly (9).

Remove clamp (12). Loosen clamps (13) and remove tube assembly (11).
Repeat Step 4 for the removal of tube assembly (10).

Remove clamp (16). Loosen clamps (14) and remove tube assembly (15).
Repeat Step 6 for the removal of tube assembly (17).

Loosen clamps (18). Disconnect hose (19). Note: Bolts (21) hold plate assemblies (20) to shroud assembly (23).Note: Do not remove three bolts (21) from the top of shroud assembly (23). Do not remove three bolts (21) (not shown) from the bottom of shroud assembly (23).
Remove bolts (22) from both sides of shroud assembly (23). Reposition shroud assembly (23) out of the way.

Remove four bolts (24) and baffle assembly (25).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (26). The weight of radiator assembly (26) is approximately 544 kg (1200 lb).

Remove bolts (27) from both sides of radiator assembly (26). Remove bolts (28) and bracket (29) from both sides of radiator assembly (26).

Remove bolts (30) from both sides of radiator assembly (26).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to shroud assembly (23). The weight of shroud assembly (23) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Remove shroud assembly (23).

Remove clamps (5) and reposition cable assembly (6). Disconnect clamp (8) and hose (7). Disconnect hose assembly (9).

Remove clamp (12). Loosen clamps (13) and remove tube assembly (11).
Repeat Step 4 for the removal of tube assembly (10).

Remove clamp (16). Loosen clamps (14) and remove tube assembly (15).
Repeat Step 6 for the removal of tube assembly (17).

Remove bolts (22) from both sides of shroud assembly (23). Reposition shroud assembly (23) out of the way.
