Use the hoist in order to install the side panel. The weight of the panel is 250 kg (550 lb).

Connect tube assembly (28) .
Install bolt (26) and clip (27) .

Connect hose assembly (25) .
Install bolts (24) and clip (23) .

Install bolt (29) to the bottom of the side panel.

Remove Tooling (A) from the side panel.
Repeat steps 1 through 9 for the remaining side panel.

Right side panel
Install starting aid system attachment (21) and two bolts (20) .
Install clips (22) .

Left side panel
Install auxiliary starting receptacle (18) and two bolts (19) .
Install clip (17) .

Install high speed arrangement (15) .
Install two bolts (16) .

Use two people in order to install panel (13). The weight of panel (13) is 70 kg (150 lb).
Install five bolts (14) and the washers.
Repeat steps 17 and 18 for the opposite side.

Install panel (12) and two bolts (11). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install floor panel (9) and three bolts (10). Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install panel (8) and four bolts (7) .

Install left side and right side baffles (6) .
Install 17 bolts (5) and the washers.

Install lower grill assembly (3) and four bolts (4) .
Install upper grill assembly (1) and four bolts (2) .
Repeat steps 25 and 26 for the opposite side.End By: Install the front and rear hood panels. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
