E320D2 Turbocharger 435-4501 4354501 C7.1Diesel Engine Turbo Compatible For Excavator Spare Parts
RJVEOAHT Turbocharging brings a richer experience to drivers. Strong push-back feeling, wide torque platform, and high-performance "contrast feeling" achieved by small-displacement engines have greatly increased the driving pleasure and sense of technology of vehicles. || The torque output curve of turbocharged engine is usually very flat, and it can keep the peak torque or near the peak torque in a wide speed range. This makes the vehicle's power connection smooth during acceleration, and the driving experience is better, which reduces the need for frequent gear shifting. || By forcing more air and fuel into the cylinder, the turbocharger can significantly improve the power and torque output of the engine. The power output of a small-displacement turbocharged engine can often rival or even surpass that of a larger-displacement naturally aspirated engine. || Compared with the large-displacement V6 or V8 engine with similar power level, a small-displacement inline four-cylinder turbocharged engine is smaller in size and more compact in structure, which leaves more space for the engine compartment layout and is convenient for achieving better body counterweight and collision safety design. || E320D2 Turbocharger 435-4501 4354501 C7.1Diesel Engine Turbo Compatible For Excavator Spare Parts

Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the alternator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Alternator - Remove and Install".
Remove the belt tensioner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Belt Tensioner - Remove and Install".
Remove the engine oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Engine Oil Cooler - Remove".
Personal injury can result from hot coolant, steam and alkali. At operating temperature, engine coolant is hot and under pressure. The radiator and all lines to heaters or the engine contain hot coolant or steam. Any contact can cause severe burns.Remove cooling system pressure cap slowly to relieve pressure only when engine is stopped and cooling system pressure cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not attempt to tighten hose connections when the coolant is hot, the hose can come off causing burns.Cooling System Coolant Additive contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Drain the coolant from the system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
