9. Add a 4D-7735 Clip on to the manifold in order to maintain hose (1). Refer to Image1.6.1.

10. Mount the 200-6345 Swivel and two 204-2281 Straps in order to maintain hose (1) on the hydraulic line. Refer to Image1.7.1.

11. Install a 177-2215 Dual Strap in order to maintain hose (1) on the hydraulic line. Refer to Image1.8.1.

12. Install three 177-2215 Dual Straps along hose (1). Refer to Image1.9.1.

13. Install two 177-2215 Dual Straps. Refer to Image1.10.1.

14. Mount the 200-6345 Swivel and two 204-2281 Straps. Refer to Image1.11.1.

15. Disassemble the 297-5645 Filter Hose Assembly between the hydraulic tank, from the 164-5607 Tee on the winch drain return port, and the plate. Refer to Image1.12.1.

16. Assemble 148-8446 Tee Assembly on to the 164-5607 Tee Assembly. Refer to Image1.13.1.

17. Assemble the 156-4282 Reducer Assembly and 6V-8555 Nut on to the 148-8446 Tee Assembly. Refer to Image1.14.1.

18. Connect the new fabricated hose (2) on the 148-8446 Tee Assembly and on the plate. Refer to Image1.15.1.

19. Connect hose (1) on the 156-4282 Reducer. Refer to Image1.16.1.

20. Add a 177-2215 Dual Strap. Refer to Image1.17.1.

21. Hose (1) and hose (2) should be assembled in the machine without interferences.
22. Start the machine. Check and ensure that there are no leaks.
23. Check the level of hydraulic oil, add oil if necessary.
24. Reassemble all bottom guards, cab floor plate, and rear plate.
25. If the machine operate in ambient temperature below -32 degrees Celsius, disable Fan Reverse feature via Cat ET.
