Installation Procedure
Illustration 1 g06252339
The rework only applies to these clamps
(A) Auxiliary Hydraulic Lines
(B) Tilt Hydraulic LinesFor this rework, ensure that you have general access to the clamps indicated in the above figure. The rework only applies to the indicated clamps and is not to be used for any other clamps in the hydraulic lines. If necessary to raise the arms for access, brace the lift cylinder with a short arm brace or support with an overhead hoist.
Remove all hoses from clamps. Even if not replacing all clamps, the procedure is easier if all locations are free. If tape is not still on the hoses to show alignment to the clamp, mark each hose to ensure that the hose is placed in the same location on the new clamp.

Bent Bracket supporting the Arm Clamp
Remove the bent bracket at arm clamps for access. After the new clamp is placed, reinstall the bracket with 2 new 266-3315 Bolts and torque to 25 +/- 5 Nm ().

Arm Clamp welded onto Bracket
(C) 15 mm (0.59 in)
Weld 7G-3834 Clip with weld nuts onto the brackets. Center left to right and 15 mm (0.59 in) from the bottom edge as shown in the illustration. Run two fillet welds along the right and left sides of the bracket.

Tower clamps location on frame near cab
Weld 7G-3834 Clip with weld nuts onto the frame. Center about the hole and slots under the weld plate ground off. Run two fillet welds along the top and bottom of the clip.If necessary, you may move the clip rearward slightly and run fillet welds on the left and right of the clips.
Now install grommet and route hoses through, aligning the tape or marks on the hose to the clip.
If equipped, ensure that harnesses and hydraulic coupler hoses are routed without being pinched. Restrap to auxiliary or tilt hoses all long the routing. Harnesses have markings out of the factory to show tie strap placement and may still be visible.
Install one 8T-4121 Hard Washer and 8T-4136 Bolt or 8T-4195 Bolt into the holes. Torque all clamp bolts to 55 Nm (40.6 ft lb).
Strap the hoses as shown in the following procedure:
