Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to heat exchanger (3). The weight of the heat exchanger is approximately 86 kg (190 lb).
Position heat exchanger (3) on the engine and install bolts (13).

Connect hose assembly (12) to heat exchanger (3).

Connect hose clamp (11).
Connect hose (10).

Connect hose (8) to tube assembly (7). Connect hose (9).
Connect hose assembly (6) to heat exchanger (3).

Connect hose assembly (4) to heat exchanger (3).
