TURBOCHARGER GP 7C3821 - Caterpillar

1. Disconnect turbocharger oil drain line (1). 2. Disconnect manifold pressure line (3).3. Remove exhaust elbow retaining bolts (2).4. Remove exhaust elbow (6).5. Remove aftercooler elbow (5).6. Disconnect turbocharger oil supply line (7). 7. Loosen clamp (4) and slide inlet air connector from turbocharger.8. Remove turbocharger retaining bolts and nuts (8).9. Remove turbocharger.Install Turbocharger
1. Place turbocharger on exhaust manifold.2. Coat threads with anti-seize compound and install turbocharger retaining bolts and nuts. Tighten bolts to 40 4 lb. ft. (5,5 0,55 mkg).3. Slide inlet air connector over turbocharger and tighten clamp.4. Install aftercooler elbow.5. Connect turbocharger oil supply line.6. Install exhaust elbow. Use anti-sieze compound on retaining bolts.7. Connect manifold pressure line.8. Connect turbocharger oil drain line.concluding steps: a) install mufflerb) install hood
